You don't have to look far to find an angel
They're found everywhere you go
Throughout all of the four seasons
In the rain, sun, sleet and snow
They come in all shapes and sizes
And go by all sorts of names
They like to help out in times of need
Or just to play better in games
They mostly look just like you and I
Sometimes pretty; sometimes not
The one thing that they are of course
Is such a helpful, caring lot
Some people say they're a gift from God
And I'd like to think that's true
But you shouldn't be jealous of mine though
For God made one that's just for you
Sometimes you don't even see them
But they're always waiting close by
To cheer you on when things are well
Or to comfort when you cry
They're such a blessings Angels are
I'm sure you will agree
But the thing I love about them most
Is that they love unconditionally
So no matter where you are in life
Or what mood fills your day
Know that angels fly nearby
To guide you on your way
