Sacred Space was started over three years ago as a place for people to turn to when they need to find a little inspiration; motivation or an easy escape from everything else that is getting them down or making them depressed.

The site content is 98% original work and is written, maintained and edited 100% by myself and it's still 100% independent and free of advertising.  I feel to do otherwise would take away some of the magic that makes the site so special.  Plus there is nothing very spiritual about advertising the latest discounts on Amazon or E-bay.  As good as they are!

Through hard work and word of mouth, we now rank on the first page of Google when you search our key words.  We hope to continue to improve our ranking and presence on the net throughout the whole of 2011.  You can help us do that by bookmarking our url; adding us as friends (or likes) on your Twitter and/or Facebook accounts - as well as through good old fashioned word of mouth.  You can never have too much publicity as they say.

We'd also like to shout out to the Spiritual community in the hope that they will find it in their hearts to lend a helping hand in contributing towards our running costs and other incidentals.  Twelve spiritual sites that I personally visited and exchanged links with on my own site shut up shop last year.  Not through lack of visitors; but through lack of support.  We all have to give and take in the cycle of life dear friends.  It can't all be one way or things fall apart.

As such, we'd really appreciate any donations (large or small) you're able to make to keep our work alive.   The more we make, the more things we can offer you ALL.  It's also worth noting that donations made to the site are spent 100% purely on helping it grow.  But not everyone can or will donate, and that's fine.  I still believe that there are more than enough good people out there who will make 2011 our best year yet.
