If it is a mediumistic reading you are after then Charles kindly requests that you also send him a picture of yourself (head shot preferably) along with a little bit of information about yourself and the person/people you'd like to get in touch with.  He prefers to receive as little information as possible about the person/people you are trying to connect with and only requires their connection to you.
